E-mail Message This Week .. Marketing Your Practice
A few weeks ago, my message concerned three ways to earn an income as a chiropractor: fees, volume and services. Each involves nuances creating an easier transition towards success. But, nothing works without patients. Therefore, a clinic that doesn’t practice their marketing and public relations skills find their volume stagnant stifling growth and placing stress within the office. A well oiled office has built in growth potential through referrals and momentum. But, many need a spark to ignite their energy creating marketing plans and goals to succeed. For example, here are a few ideas:
Professional Alliances: Healthcare providers, Attorneys, Health oriented stores
Spiritual Alliances: Religious institutions have active folks seeking wellness and specific programs for all age group
Sport Alliances: Middle and High School teams, Local Gyms, Spas and Various Sport Leagues
Corporate Alliances: Ergonomic Workshops, Safety Classes, Pre-Employment Screening
Municipal Alliances: Teachers, Police and Fire. Community Leaders and Clerical Workers
Retail Alliances: Mom and Pop Shops, Strip Malls, Super Markets, Large Mall
Marketing often requires funds and time as well as personality. If you can hone down the funds, manage the time and ramp up the personality you got it. Train folks to do the legwork, either developing the relationships and/or doing the actual work.
