Healthy .. Happy Holidays

During the year there is never a period of time with so much meaning to so many people as within this holiday season. Regardless of your religion or even if you do not believe, the wonders of Christmas and the miracle of Chanukah brings both joy and reflection. This is family time, visits with relatives and dishes created just to complete that remembered family meal. So, please take time to reflect on the wonders within your life, the little things that had an impact to many and how best you can create an even better 2026 than your 2025.

Be sure to watch the Hallmark holiday television specials; year end championship football games; dust off old movies and pull out the dated recipes but also be sure to find time to cuddle with family and account for those you love, those you share time with during prayer, play and work. The least amongst them may be noble and humble and need your love and understanding as much as all others.

Be bold, specific but honest; how is your health, how is your emotional strength and what can you do, baby steps at first, to set things right. Outline a written plan to account for quality calories, for step upon step for your cardio quotient and how to chill, relax and go with the flow. If pain holds you back challenge yourself to do better, ask your physician how to increase your quality of life and by all means allow me, Dr. Nore and Andrea, your humble chiropractors, to have a crack at it .. excuse the pun. We can help you with your health and wellness goals, draw a plan and outline quality time to make things right.
