Is Your Search For Knowledge Stagnant
I recently wrote an e-mail titled State of Our Profession. As with any business, success depends on proper ownership, taking advantage of the moment and following practice protocols tested and adapted over time. Personally, I and a number of my chiropractic friends listened and weaved around roadblocks that seemed to stand in the way but ultimately we offered our communities the best alternative, natural and intuitive healthcare available.
Some of us were not satisfied with what we took from college and searched for technique gurus, followed their mentors, taught what they learned and if not that, brought their skills to their office as the ultimate healer they were meant to be. Many doctors realized that office ambiance without patients was a losing cause and had to diligently, and in a cost effective way, spend on marketing and public relations to reach their goals.
There is no excuse not to prosper and thrive in our world of chiropractic. Urban locations often offer weekend seminars, but suburban or remote office locations can find both technique and science related classes on-line. Below are links to technique seminars, continuing educational on-line classes, and worldwide college websites. Take advantage of my e-newsletters by spending time viewing some and realize that there is always room to learn and grow.
