Professional Networking and Increased Knowledge

Friends, There are times when creative ideas have to be implemented to increase community and patient awareness. I realize that many of you reading this may practice differently than others and some are hugely successful while others keep their head just above water. Regardless, in order to grow and maintain any success it takes work and if you wish to expand and grow work even harder. 

Here in Atlanta, we have the energy of Life University and a ready supply of new doctors and those with energy and a great work ethic remain locally and either work as an associate or independent contractor until they feel ready to fly on their own

So, I've marveled at the creative way these doctors above have attempted to keep our profession relevant as well as help their colleagues expand their technical knowledge and increase referrals from allied healthcare professionals as well as network with the legal profession. Both doctors are retired but were not ready to walk away from our honored profession. Our profession has come a long way and these doctors keep it so

First, Dr. Peter Lazarnick. Peter recently retired from a successful metro Atlanta practice. He graduated with the first class at Life College, now Life University and was the most successful graduating student right out of the gate. His zeal for knowledge kept him busy reaching for more technical prowess and established himself as the healer to see in his town.

He will be sharing his unique technique with a hands on seminar in metro Atlanta.  I recommend this highly! Below is the flyer

This seminar is his most recent attempt to share his knowledge with his colleagues.  I can attest to his enthusiasm and ability to share and teach and if you wish to travel to Atlanta for this seminar, it will be worth the funds and time. 

As a chiropractor, we work with the mysteries of the body and the mechanics that control and coordinate body function. The basic information we acquired in school and picked up along the way has helped us help others but as we reach for more we must continue to learn. Dr. Lazarnick has created this one day hands on seminar as a sharing opportunity to provide the tools to return to your office on Monday with renewed energy and awareness which only increases your results, increasing your patient referrals and most important increasing your enthusiasm for CHIROPRACTIC

Second, Dr. Steve Barnett has established himself as the go to guy for professional referrals whether medical or legal. After retiring from a successful practice, he reached out to the medical and legal community first being offered a position as the chiropractic coordinator for a local hospital. He created a network between chiropractors and the hospital's emergency room as well as their medical specialists for auto collision patients and a resource for medical referrals for our patients as needed. He also became a resource to the legal community for chiropractic referrals. 

From there he was offered various positions with medical offices coordinating referrals between our professions, but most impressive was the networking he established between the chiropractic/medical/imaging/device company world.

With his guidance, he had these professional groups and vendors sponsor a number of evenings with chiropractors, medical specialists, attorneys, imaging facilities and medical device companies to meet and greet. His motto was to be sure to bring enough business cards to spread around. The result was new relationships and potential new patients/clients. These were and remains hugely successful.
