I am typing this with my left hand, so I will make this short.

A few days ago while walking, I evaded being hit by a vehicle by running to the curb and slipped on something diving right hand and face forward with enough force to fracture two lower arm bones. Now in a split second, I am unable to practice for six weeks. Talk about returning to quarantine mode. 

I was extremely satisfied with my three full day work schedule when I returned to practice May 18, but truly it is what it is and healing my adjusting arm is my first priority, especially when I have a fantastic cover chiropractor for the next six weeks.

I cannot complain as my issue is mild compared to other health problems that can offset anyone. Do you have a back up plan, a list of cover doctors and a chiropractor you can safely refer your patients to. Same is true if you have to quickly sell your practice such as a quick unexpected move or your untimely demise, who do you want your spouse or family to call as well as the logistics. Prior to need is the time to get your ducks in a row as sometimes you may need to make a quick change. A reliable company for office sales is posting this week, you may want to get some advice proactively.
