In our consumer driven world professional service must be beyond excellent to see your door remain open and thrive. During this holiday season good cheer with increased health is in pursuit, so supporting active patients, recalling previous and attracting new ones is key to boost practice momentum for the New Year. Considering this many will ply our trade so the standout will get the business. But standing out doesn’t mean a successful business before long the product with quality will always rule the roost.

So, use this last two weeks prior to the New Year as a moment of reflection to springboard your office towards a better New Year. Take a moment to discuss plans for the New Year with your staff and key patients. With a budget at hand how can you expand patient education, stretch staff training and squeeze the most out of what you have. Doctor, your budget may have limits but your enthusiasm for Health and Wellness through Chiropractic is free and if promoted correctly is contagious. Holiday promotions, New Year recall programs and community events hopefully get folks through the threshold but keeping them there takes quality business sense.

Remember .. Quality will enhance and increase Quantity
