| From: Dr. Margolies.. 4-22-22 www.familychirocenter.net   Last week I discussed my decision to start the process of retiring and selling my practice. I appreciate the many e-mails I received thanking me for the years I have written these e-mails and the advice about selling a practice.    As far as I am concerned purchasing and maintaining a turn-key office is the way to go and how best you approach your day to day practice.    Patient management is fundamental. Acquiring a new patient and keeping them is far better than the yo-yo diet effect of alway recreating a practice. Patient and staff education allows the practice to run smoothly without drama sustaining itself with referral and pure word of mouth.    Practice management is fundamental. Your staff is a reflection of the doctor and practice rules and requirements keep the inmates away from running the asylum. Staff members must know their role, be able to multitask and see the vision of Health and Wellness with chiropractic care. The world of healthcare is full of disciplines tapping into the innards of mankind offering advice, treatment and solace but unless you have your staff and self appreciative of the chiropractic role you run adrift into the headwinds of the day. Strong purpose equates to strong potential and the rest is a smooth sail. Doctor, place your ducks in a row, assess your staff assets and tighten weakness, build confidence and growth will follow. Lofty words, you bet but given considerate thought, you will see results. Need help getting your act together, just ask   Life management is most fundamental. Why after 43 years of active practice, feeling fit for 75 it's time for me to slow up, smell the roses from above ground and hand my practice over to a smart and wise buyer is a no brainer. Life is way too short to not take advantage of time I could be enjoying other than helping others. So, as I can control my time, I will. Also, I would like to hand my practice and patients to a caring and life fulfilling doctor and help them make it happen   If you know a wise doctor wanting to take advantage of the Atlanta area, take advantage of my community good will and willingness to assist your success, please have them contact me. I would rather sell directly and offer a reasonable price without a broker but I will shortly hand it over to someone since my practice sale experience is nil.    I am not interested in selling to a franchise but to a practicing doctor or new Georgia licensed doctor with the funds to purchase a practice.  I would also entertain an associate with the intention of eventually moving towards ownership. If interested e-mail me at joel3639@aol.com Please only serious inquires and I will help during the transition phase .. It'll all work out!!!   If you know of someone anxious to move to a vibrant Atlanta ready to just turn the key that drives my well oiled office share this with them   IT'S A NO BRAINER     |
