| From: Dr. Margolies.. 6-16-23 www.familychirocenter.net   Please forward this to your chiropractic colleagues     E-mail Message This Week .. Key To Success
A successful practice has a smooth running machine with all cylinders running at full steam. Staff well educated able to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for chiropractic with those they assist. With a doctor looking in the mirror pleased at what they see and excited to excel further. A community that has a beacon beamed to your office ready and willing to share their employees, gym members, church and civic folks with your office and most important an office able to sustain this success with proper patient and staff management. There is no secret to success. Yes, some have a gift a Pied Piper personality that people will follow while the rest of us has to work at. Weekend seminars, discussions with colleagues and mentorship with those that readily share is often the path many take. I guess the one thing a doctor wants to take from all this is how to get new patients rather than asking how to keep them and exponentially grow the practice from within. So marketing and public relations is paramount but without spending oodles of dough to achieve results. The trick is to find time, people and some resources to plan a strategy to get to where you want to go. Planning is the key. A community with clerical employees, material handlers, residential components and retail venues is all you need. As I mentioned in last week’s e-mail there is no limit how much you can grow your practice just a limit on how much energy you want to expend. Unless your practice is in a very rural community, the demographics mentioned above will keep you busy meeting and greeting. So, when someone tells you its all about location, location, location they may be right but better it should be vision, vison, vision and purpose. I can go on but suffice to say that if you are stuck in a rut, depressed with your practice or worse burned out, stop! Write down your concerns and where you consider the stops are with practice growth and stability. Do this as if a paid consultant would, not concerned with your moaning and groaning but what they would do to turn things around. If you are in a burn out bind, a time where you feel there is limited growth or a practice subluxated from the head (you) down (staff) ask around for help. If no one will share with you, I will. Just e-mail me joel3639@aol.com and outline where you feel you need assistance, what you feel you could do to make things right and we can go from there. If I don’t have the answers, possibly others do Sharing is Caring .. This Is Also Your Path To Success   If interested in my Powerpoint classes concerning Community Marketing and Office Public Relations , I will e-mail it to you for a $50 donation to my local orchestra.
