E-mail message this week .. Same Old .. Same Old   Nothing worse than opening your office each morning following the same routine day in and day out .. BORING. Too many professionals get into a rut when their business becomes stale and their powerful mantra is nowhere to be found. The mojo that excited the place has left leaving only a shadow of what was and what it could and should be. Doctor, is this you? Have you and your staff become complacent with little energy to grow and even less energy to make it happen.   What excites me is to be amongst chiropractic students and new graduates with fire in their belly.  They are in survival mode creating something from nothing with compromise and complacency not in their vocabulary.  The skills they will utilize and the positive results their patients will receive will energize their soul, their staff and their practice as a whole. Patients feel their power and confidence and want to assist by telling others creating referrals and community networking which stimulates further growth. Doctor, hopefully this is or was you. Never Panic just be in control   In our social media driven world we need to adapt even more than before. When I graduated and hustled to get my practice up and running it was like chumming the waters while reeling in patients. Today, a frugal doctor can use social media, webpages, x/twitter, Facebook, instagram and more to get their message out without leaving their door.    But, the few that go a step further, meet face to face and knee to knee with their community via health oriented workshops, postural and stress screenings, corporate or church health fairs, ergonomic evaluations will break the mold of same old same old by drawing energy from the crowd with new patients following along. Also the doctor that keeps in touch with their patients and community with timely e-mail newsletters, like these,  and internal promotions generates excitement and urgency to meet their practice growth goals and most important stems the tide of complacency and routine with referral regularity.     Same Old  .. Same Old  You Choose Everyday       |
