| From: Dr. Margolies.. 12-22-23 www.familychirocenter.net   Posting: Looking for a cover or vacation chiropractor in the metro Atlanta area call on Suzanne:  smrtannie@gmail.com The most effective way to grow a practice is to market yourself, meet and greet and tell the chiropractic story to patients and community so they in turn can spread the good news and of course, get people well. As we quickly leave 2023, let us hope for a more peaceful and healthier 2024. If only we can lock in happiness, health, prosperity and wellness. But, unfortunately, circumstances are often out of our control making it a priority that a peaceful and successful professional and personal life be utmost on your mind. Many reading this may be on their way for some deserving R&R, a vacation away from practice headaches and to recharge for 2024. Great time to release old baggage but be careful not to create space to replenish. So, before you take those moments, before you let your guard down to fathom how your New Year will be, how you can streamline office procedures and even staff and how you can be a productive animal getting things done rather than waiting for tomorrow consider this, would it be easier all around if you had a plan, easily implemented baby steps and goals to meet. Yes, you bet. In 2023 did your practice grow, was stagnant or declined and why. Before taking those baby steps, walking in the same shoes as 2023, what changes will you make, how cost effective will it be and most important do you have room to grow as a chiropractor, an employer and healer. Writing these weekly e-mails is something I look forward to and your feedback has been helpful. I decided I will continue writing them and hope that you will tell others to e-mail me: joel3639@aol.com to have their address included. I would also appreciate your replying back with your office information, address, special chiropractic skills and contact information including your webpage. As I was contemplating retirement, I knew that without an outlet for my energy, I would be a mess and totally out of control. So, as I wrote last week, I am creating a professional referral network including chiropractors and allied healthcare providers. During my search for local chiropractors, using Google, Yelp etc. too many doctors were without a webpage, a calling card in the cloud, a venue to acquire interested potential patients and even fewer doctors, with a webpage, made it easy to contact the office. Everyone had their address and phone number but a plain e-mail address would be best, instead many websites required a potential new patient to submit information via dedicated boxes instead of a specific e-mail address, both would have been welcome.   In other words, marketing 101, make it easy   Okay next week I’ll be more specific but for now, if you work with the metro Atlanta area, northeast would be my initial target, please reply back so I can include you within my network, it will make your 2024 much brighter               |
