An alliance is an agreement between two parties, in our case, possibly not an agreement but an understanding that a relationship between your office and an attorney, medical physician, sports center etc. would be a win-win for everyone.  There is a process creating these alliances but to make it simple, first contact, possibly meet and then as need arises refer. Let’s take a peek at some .. by the way I can help you with this .. check at the bottom of e-mail Attorney: I remember when I taught at Life, I asked the class who will refer to an attorney when they graduate or in other words, accept PI cases. I was blown away when the vast majority did not raise their hands. I chose a few students and asked why and it seemed they knew very little about Personal Injury work. The perception was more paperwork, possible litigation, testimony and depositions. At their stage of the game it might seem scary to consider this but my next question to the class was, if they were in an accident would they consider hiring an attorney and if yes would it be wise that they referred you to a chiropractor.  Now hands were raised. 
 So I ask you, do you readily accept PI cases and whether yes or no, would it be a wise financial idea to explore increasing it. Hey, no one wants to be deposed or testify in court (which is less frequent today) let alone increase note taking but is it worth time and effort, you bet. So, would you like to increase your PI work? .. I can help you with this as well  .. check at the bottom of e-mail   Medical Specialists: same story, ask young students if they plan to have a professional relationship with a medical physician and they would probably resist. We chiropractors have always played defensively rather that being proactive reaching out to the internist, neurologist and orthopedists. Again, if you broke an extremity, have chronic pain which with the best of conservative care would not relent or have a visceral or neurological issue, would you not want to consult with a physician you can trust, I hope so. We can’t keep all our patients chiropractically in-house, at times a referral is necessary and welcomed by the patient. Therefore reaching out to the medical world can be helpful and creating a referral list would be beneficial. Industrial and Clerical: If I was to confess to the one marketing idea that worked the best for me it would always be meet and greet, actual in person workshops, health fairs, pure networking. Here again there is a specific process to make this happen. As mentioned above and last week a dedicated community liaison or marketing professional would be the best person to create the alliance, coordinate the workshops and be accountable from start to finish as well as the alliances above ..  Our team can help you with this  .. check at the bottom of e-mail 
 Industrial warehouses or retail or commercial facilities are prime spots for chronic back conditions that only worsen with age. Ergonomics is the key for a progressive company attempting to cut down on employee downtime and worker compensation costs. Your knowledge and hands on skill is the best answer for them. They just need to know you exist and what programs you offer. Statistically, prolonged sitting and computer work will aggravate the neck, shoulders and lower back more than most realize. Besides that, many employees with this job description are readily aware they have an issue and therefore will be open minded to your presentation and your offer for an in-office evaluation and corrective care. Setting up these programs as well as in-office office workshops for nearby clerical employees and their co-workers, such as a lunch and learn or brown bag class brings potential patients through your threshold and eventually new patients. These work especially if you provide lunch,  sandwiches etc. .. I can help you here as well .. check at the bottom of e-mail Demographics: You have a limitless pool of potential new patients to draw upon called demographics: Retail, Clerical, Residential and Labor. Pull out a map and using a protractor draw a five - ten mile radius around your office. A dense urban location can be less while a rural location may be a bit more. This is your draw area. Drive around and note locations and streets of the viable warehouses, office parks, courthouse for PI attorneys, municipal buildings, etc. This can be done remotely with time and some effort but once an established database is complete it will be used as a marketing resource whenever you need to bring the genie out of the box.  I can go on and on but simply put, there is no limit to new patients just a limit to your desire to get them. There is no limit to a successful referral based practice just a limit to your ability to make it happen and sustain it. There also is no limit to have a fun time while creating an income, helping others and providing for your staff, no just a limit to your vision and goals.
