Value Your Best Practice Builder

A successful practice has many components working in synch. Besides a marketing vehicle that drives in new patients, a well-oiled practice maintains active patients and regains those left behind. Better yet, a well-oiled practice oozes with success by having a handle on patient referrals and owns their community supplying them with the good news of chiropractic.

Value for corrective and maintenance care is the button that needs timely pushing.  Patients have to value your vision, the same during their first meeting with you. They will follow your lead if you follow these simple rules: find it, fix it and maintain it while educating them so they can share the good news with others.

Practice management 101 concentrates on value, continually providing tools towards their understanding that repetitive, supportive care is as important as the initial phase of their treatment.  This is where your report of findings is so crucial. Granted the first impression was during the consultation or even before with the phone call to your office. These first impressions are stamped in their mind and hopefully will set in motion their desire to learn more.

Therefore, be sure to evaluate your office perception and overall staff knowledge and ability to articulate. Review your visual and/or written reports. Review your diagnostic, therapeutic and adjusting tools and have every staff member appreciate their value as a team member so they too can express this to the patients as well. Review your educational tools from pamphlets to high tech visual programs and be sure everyone involved with patient care can direct patients to specific areas for increased knowledge.

Be sure your office webpage can be used as an educational tool so patients and the community can learn about you, your staff, services provided and educational tools from exercises to timely health and wellness tips. Finally, along with your staff walk through the office recording areas needing a tweak or overhaul as well as how best to increase the value of your services

Value Is Your best Practice Management Tool
