 Below is another e-newsletter I sent to my patient/community list. I am sharing it with you so you can share all or part of it with your patients and community. Time now to introduce nutrition and rehabilitative services as Spring brings interest to Health and Wellness. Touch base with your supplement representative so you have the supply you need as well as the knowledge. Spring brings pollen and allergies, besides adjustments specific nutrients often help.  Introduce rehabilitative programs allowing patients to ready themselves for summer activities. 
Weight Loss 
 
On March 20, Spring will be Sprung and we can forget about harsh winter climate and dust off our Speedos and Bikinis for Summer Fun. The earth is getting ready and if you have a garden or yard, you can help by adding nutrients to your garden, aerate and remove debris as needed. Remember yard work is a huge culprit of backpain, so in a future e-newsletter I will highlight how best to do it without adding more tension 
 Spring is the perfect time to reflect and prepare for your healthy new season by detoxifying, adding needed nutrients and losing excess baggage/weight. It's only been a few weeks since New Year Resolutions were decided and as much time to not follow your good thoughts. Now is time to catch up before summer hits and travel begs for a healthier and fitter you 
 Years ago, I created an inspirational and instructive dietary and weight loss webpage which was advice for a friend who suffered with acute diabetes and was warned by his physician to lose weight, make dietary changes or insulin and worse will be his next step, he since has passed. 
 To help him, I sent him daily e-mails of healthy food choices, losing weight and eating for the Health of It. I went along with the Standard Process 21 Day Purification program. I hope you will take a peek: Wellness titled Weight Loss and start with the Introduction and read Day by Day. Starting with Day 8 there are great videos to review as well 
 Diets compress cells and tax the liver. Losing pounds may be visible but best be mindful along the way. The benefit of the Standard Process program it helps protect the liver while you detoxify, add nutrients with the hopeful end result of weight loss, lower cholesterol and blood pressure. 
 Below I am providing video and article links that would help you get to a great start. If you never completed a detoxifying or purification program and you have the will power to follow through, there is none better than the Standard Process programs.
