The other day a friend told me that she overheard a conversation concerning mental health and artificial intelligence (AI). Seems a person was sharing her experience using ChatGPT for psychological therapy. In the middle of the night she had an anxiety attack and used her phone requesting advice via ChatGPT. The conversation went back and forth until she felt relaxed and it cost nothing and did the trick.
