E-mail message this week .. Being Too Busy

If you are like me, time gets the better of you with projects that should have been completed yesterday still pending, especially true as we leave covid behind.  As chiropractors we work under many hats; doctor, teacher, employer, community advocate, health coach and friend and confidant to many of our patients. These responsibilities deem our full attention and being busy is never an excuse.

For example, are you slow completing patient reports, office notes, attorney narratives and public relations and marketing ideas with the proper follow through because of time restraints. Not good and it often gets worse. As chiropractors, we must update our technique while reaching out for more as well as bob and weave with the nuances of our profession. This all takes time. Did you plan to attend a in person non-zoom technique seminar, state or national convention or like 2020 view seminars on-line or even read our professional journals?

We chiropractors are a unique breed. Like salmon, we swim against the current, always educating, convincing and cajoling our patients and community of our worth. We are biomechanical experts stressing performance and function while trying to keep the cost of real healthcare within reach.

Are there reasons you should be very busy, if you do what must be done, you bet.

Listen, be busy, be very busy building your success fostering health and wellness within your patients and community, forming professional alliances with local corporations, health advocates and community leaders while you maintain that ever expanding office with perfect, staff, patient and practice management.   

Doctor, what are you waiting for .. Get Busy
