A successful business has many components working in synch creating a cohesive flow. The ability to make it look easy stems from training and certainty of skill and product. We don’t sell Widgets but maintaining a cohesive flow of human widgets we do. Our product is a well-tuned, balanced and stable patient able to withstand their harsh environment both from within and without. Our product is a community desiring to be well but lacking the knowledge to make it happen. Our product is an office dedicated to the above working in harmony between staff and patients .. I am certain of this.
I am also certain that as a collective whole, the average chiropractic office ebbs and flows with the whim and fancy of the day often without rhyme or reason. This office, maybe your office, has no established mantra such as a mission statement or master and strategic plan with specific action steps. Staff education is lacking as is weekly staff meetings to garner momentum and strength through teamwork as well as certainty that the end product, patients, receive the best care possible and is ever reaching out to others for the same. This too I am also certain.
Certainty and Purpose are words bantered around as all knowing, but it too, lacks certainty. Conviction through deed rules the roost because the outcome will be certain. A well-oiled and successful office leaves nothing to chance, it is scripted, rehearsed and provides the tools necessary to win. Each component works in synch, following a proven path and reaching goals that were planned and achievable. Doctor, consider your office path, is it cleared of debris and obstacles towards success? Are staff members aware of the nuances towards success with affirmations, goals and in synch with your professional philosophy? Take nothing for granted by penning your thoughts and desire to win in this game of community Health and Wellness one spine at a time.
If you do, success is certain and I am certain of this too.
